Orders and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 7 days in the UK and within 14 days in Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on location and logistics. Since our products are sourced from suppliers in China and South Korea, occasional delays may occur due to shipping or customs.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or exchanges in cases where the product is faulty or damaged. Any issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. You may contact us through our Contact Us page to initiate an exchange or credit request.

VAT and Taxation

As a small business, we are currently below the VAT registration threshold (£85,000 annual turnover). Therefore, VAT is not charged at checkout. Once we cross this threshold, we will update our VAT policy and pricing accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and logos on our website are the property of MBDH. Our product designs are supplied under agreement with our manufacturing partners and may not be replicated or redistributed without consent.

Liability

MBDH is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from misuse of our bags or third-party accessories (such as power banks). Customers are responsible for ensuring safe use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through UK legal channels.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of our site indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
